Chicken Cacciatore Recipe(recipe by TheSalmons)
Prepare stock. Chop garlic. Slice tomatoes and mushrooms. De-bone and remove skin from chicken breasts. They can be cut into thin strips or left whole. Brown the chicken in olive oil and throw in some chopped garlic. Add: slided tomatoes and mushrooms, 1/2 cup stock, tomato paste, and marsala. Add spices to taste.
